Sucina, a great place to live in.

Friday, February 03, 2017

Sucina is a village in the Region of Murcia with a population of around two thousand people at just 29 kilometres far from Murcia centre. The founder of this region, Don Fernando Baltasar Arteaga gave his lands for free, in 1744, for the people to cultivate and to create their own properties.

From that century many residential areas have been growing and it has become a great village where you can live. It has the highest mountains of Murcia with 646 metres, called Columbares. Of course it is not the highest mountain of Spain but you can see some beautiful views from there. Take a look.

At just 4 km by car, through the RM-F19 road, you can find the Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort. This great resort was opened in 2007 and it has a great urbanization with many different types of properties for sale. It has been one of the best improvements on building communities for living in the Region of Murcia.

In this community you can also find tennis and paddle courts, a gym, lakes, children's playing areas and many swimming pools in between the different buildings. At only 30 minutes from Murcia centre and Cartagena. Awesome, quiet, safe and lovely place to stay.
